We will listen to your needs and requirements whilst offering you tailor made yoga classes to the highest quality. Our intention from the moment you contact us will be for you to be assured, relax, renew and energise your life! Whether you are looking for a challenging vinyasa class or a much needed restorative class we will be here for you.

The best part is you can work around your schedule and we are here from 6.30 am to 9pm Mon-Fri and 9-5pm Sat- Sun.

Our team will allow you to practice at your own pace and level and all of our teachers will prepare a programme suitable for what you would like to gain from your classes with a focus on attention to detail and alignment so will be able to move and explore through this amazing experience we call Yoga!

All classes will have sequence of postures (Asana), breath work (Pranayama) and meditation techniques to strengthen, stretch, re-balance, energise and calm both body and mind and the great thing is that all of our yoga classes are suitable and accessible for everyone. So whether you are an experienced yoga practitioner or a complete beginner there is a practice for everyone. If you prefer to take a 1-2-1 class or share with a partner or friend’s we will be happy to accommodate.
