Jason

Jason discovered yoga in 2002 whilst teaching tennis in Hong Kong.
Having been involved in the tennis world for most of his life and playing at a high level, he found that yoga started to heal long-term injuries sustained through his game and this was just the start of something very special.
After trying many different styles it was Power Vinyasa Yoga that Jason really felt at home with and he soon started to see and feel the benefits this particular style brought to his daily life – for example, a real sense of presence and clarity. flexible strength, lengthening and toning of muscles, sustained high energy levels with a deeper connection to both body and mind.
Jason loves to share his passion and his own experiences of yoga which is why he founded The House of Yoga. It made perfect sense for him to begin his journey of teacher training in Power Yoga. He took his initial teacher training with Fred Busch – Miami Power Yoga and has since travelled to the US to train with Baron Baptiste , founder of the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Institute and will be travelling back to the US later this year to complete further training with Baron. Jason also recently completed another 200hr teacher training with Baptiste master teachers Gregor Singleton and Claire Este McDonald from Boston.
You may well see him driving the streets of London in THoY smart car as he teaches Power Yoga for public, private and corporate clients as well as at various London yoga studios. Jason continues to teach tennis on a part time basis at the Harbour Club in Chelsea.
His teaching is energetic, playful and fun and you will leave his classes feeling lighter and stronger in both body and mind.

Her chronic hip pain disappeared and she felt connected to her body in way that she had never conceived before. She felt awakened to her life and to a purpose, to teach and share the path to joy in your body and in your life.
